These days being vegetarian has gone out of fashion. But experts say, it is very good to adopt a vegetarian diet. 70 percent of the diseases, including one-third of cancer, are associated with their diet. Foods rich in sorrel fiber help reduce cholesterol. Eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, dry fruits, and whole grains keeps the required level of energy in the body and heart-healthy.
