Butterfly posture is most beneficial for getting great abs. Sit on the ground and bend your knees and open your legs. Next, raise the head and crunch your spine towards the pelvis. Start again after stopping for a while.


Boat pose
The practice of boat pose with the help of leg extension helps in getting abs. For this, sit on the ground. Now move your knees to the chest. Keep your hands on the ground. Next, raise your legs while lowering your upper body.


Boat pose with a twist
With the help of a twist boat pose, six-pack abs can be created. Sit on the ground. Bring your knees to the chest. Now bring your hands in front of the chest in a state of prayer. Now twist your hand to the right and keep the hands in prayer. Now do the same with the other hand.


Lying leg reach
Bringing leg reaches help to get great abs. To practice this, lie on your back and raise your legs 90 degrees. After this lift your shoulder and bring the right hand towards your left leg. Do the same process from the other side.
